Shipping & Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

At Proximo, we are committed to delivering your premium shirts swiftly and securely across India. To ensure a smooth experience for all our customers, we have established the following Shipping and Cash on Delivery (COD) guidelines.

1. Shipping Coverage & Timelines

We currently ship Pan-India.

  • Standard Delivery: Most orders are delivered within 7 working days from the date of dispatch.

  • Fast Delivery: For select regions closer to our fulfillment centers (Mumbai), delivery may occur within 2–4 working days.

Please Note: All shipping timelines are estimates provided by our logistics partners. Actual delivery times may vary based on your location and external conditions.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: We are delighted to offer Free Shipping on all orders across India, regardless of the order value.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

To maintain a high standard of service and prevent fraudulent orders, Proximo enforces strict guidelines for Cash on Delivery (COD) purchases.

  • Advance Confirmation Charge: A non-refundable advance of ₹99 is required to confirm all COD orders. This charge is adjusted against the total order value and the remaining balance is collected at the time of delivery. The ₹99 advance is non-refundable in case of order cancellation, refusal, or non-acceptance at delivery.
  • Order Verification: All COD orders must be confirmed via an Whatsapp confirmation button sent to your registered mobile number. Failure to verify the order may result in automatic order cancellation.
  • Right to Restrict COD: Proximo reserves the right to disable the COD option for:

    • Specific pin codes where COD service is not supported by our courier partners.

    • Customers with a history of refused, non-accepted, or fraudulent orders.

  • Repeat Non-Acceptance: If a customer refuses a COD delivery at the doorstep, Proximo reserves the right to restrict that customer from making future COD purchases.

4. Order Processing & Tracking

  • Dispatch Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation.

  • Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and/or Email to monitor the live status of your shipment.

  • Weekends & Holidays: Orders placed on Sundays or Public Holidays will be processed on the next working day.

5. Cancellations & Modifications

  • Cancellation Policy: Once an order has been shipped/dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address, contact number, and pin code are accurate at checkout. Proximo is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete details. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, re-shipping may incur additional charges.

6. Liability & Delays

While we partner with reliable logistics providers (such as Delhivery) to ensure timely delivery, certain factors are beyond our control.

  • Proximo is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather disruptions, regional restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
